1. Course Access and Usage Policy

 

a. Access to Courses:

 

    •    Access to pre-recorded courses is granted upon purchase and remains available for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

 

b. Usage Restrictions:

 

    •    You may not share, distribute, or resell access to our courses.

    •    You may not use the course content for any commercial purposes without our express written permission.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can cancel your participation in our courses or events.

 

a. Cancellation of Courses:

 

    •    Pre-Recorded Courses: Once purchased, pre-recorded courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    •    Live Events: Cancellations for live events must be made at least 48 hours before the event start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start time will not be refunded.

 

b. How to Cancel:

 

    •    To cancel your participation, please contact us at youcanstitchwithus@gmail.com with your order details and reason for cancellation.
